一、概述Outline
QJ（N/T）Z型氣動偏心旋轉調節閥（或稱凸輪繞曲調節閥）由偏心旋轉閥，氣動執行機構、閥門定位器、手輪機構組成。
產品特點如下：
1.閥座磨損小，使用壽命長：球面閥芯回旋中心不與閥桿旋轉軸同心，可減少閥座磨損，延長控制閥壽命；
2.泄漏量?。洪y芯和閥座關閉時，閥芯繞臂在執行機構推力作用下產生微小彈性變形及彈性漲緊力，使閥芯與閥座更加緊密牢固，大大地減小泄漏量；
3.執行機構所需扭矩比球閥，蝶閥的?。涸摦a品綜合了單座閥、球閥、蝶閥等控制閥的優點，具有閥體流路簡單，流阻小、額定流量系數大，可調比大、泄漏量小，密封性能好及體積小，重量輕等特點，可廣泛應用于石油石化，冶金，醫藥等行業的控制系統中。

二、結構原理Structure principle
氣動偏心旋轉閥閥芯，閥桿作旋轉運動，所以調節閥在工作過程中所受摩擦力很小，當閥芯和閥座相接觸關閉時，閥芯繞臂在執行機構推力作用下產生微小彈性變形及彈性漲緊力，使閥芯與閥座接觸更加緊密牢固，因此偏心旋轉閥泄漏量很小。同時關閉閥門所需的執行機構推力與球閥、蝶閥相比要小。另外在閥芯與上，下導向之間留有一定的間隙以確保閥芯能自動對中。
在偏心旋轉閥產品中，省去了閥蓋這一單獨零件，閥蓋與閥體鑄成一體，由于閥蓋較長，有足夠的散熱面積，故偏心旋轉閥的使用溫度為-40~+350℃。
